I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
If you can't find your size we are probably sold out of that size or you can contact us and we will tell you if we have your size in stock.

Has my order been sent yet ?
You will be confirmed by the website and get a confirmation email that your order has been sent.

Part of my order is missing
Take a picture or send a screenshot of your receipt so you have proof and we will send you what you're missing with a discount on the original price..

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?
Each sneaker you order has to be designed before it is sent out to you. That is why the type of sneaker and the design you pick determines how long it will take for us to make it and when you will get your order.

Can I track my order ?
You can most definitely track your order through the website or email.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
Take a picture of the item so we know who it was supposed to be sent you and so you have proof. Next you can contact us and tell us what you ordered and we will send it to you and give you a discount on the original price.

Is it safe to order online?
It is most definitely safe to order online. We handle our products with care and make sure they are packaged safely. We also send a thank you card for each order you make.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Depending on the design and what type of shoe you have or want will determine how long and how much time it will take to make the shoe you want and for it to be shipped and delivered to you.
